Rudy Rotter
Rudy Rotter (1913–2001) was an American outsider artist from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.〔(Great Little Museums of the Midwest. Christine Des Garennes. p. 50 )〕 Rotter worked as a dentist and raised his family in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
